The facades are distinguished by their elegance and durability. The chosen finish is left to the discretion of the developer, either full masonry or a clever mix of masonry and rendering, creating a modern, timeless aesthetic.

Roof

The roof follows an ecological and energetically efficient approach. Featuring an extensive green roof, it incorporates insulation and sealing in accordance with rigorous energy balance standards. A gravel cleanliness zone allows optimal management of rainwater.

Heating

A heat pump with geothermal probes is used to produce the heat, guaranteeing maximum energy efficiency. The heat is distributed by a low-temperature underfloor heating system, using coils embedded in the screed and supported by state-of-the-art thermal insulation. The geocooling system is designed to keep the home comfortable in summer.

Certified Minergie P, the project's design leverages advanced construction techniques and places special emphasis on sustainability by favouring the use of high-quality materials.
